Terms of Service

By accessing or using SecurityF1RST services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

SecurityF1RST provides AI-powered cybersecurity services including but not limited to: • Real-time threat detection and monitoring • AI-powered voice call alerts for critical threats • MCP Security scanning for AI tool verification • Privacy policy analysis for installed software • Ransomware protection and file recovery • Network monitoring and vulnerability scanning The Service requires installation of our security agent software on your devices. By installing the agent, you grant SecurityF1RST permission to monitor your system for security threats and communicate with our cloud services.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, or a name or trademark subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or SecurityF1RST cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account settings. A valid payment method is required to process payment for your Subscription. You agree to provide accurate billing information including your name, address, and credit card number. Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

SecurityF1RST may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may be required to enter billing information to start the free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period unless you upgrade to a paid plan. SecurityF1RST reserves the right to modify or terminate free trials at any time without prior notice.

You agree not to use the Service: • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate • To submit false or misleading information • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code • To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service • To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service • To use the Service to attack or probe other systems or networks We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SecurityF1RST and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SecurityF1RST. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant SecurityF1RST a limited license to use, process, and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SecurityF1RST, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service • Any content obtained from the Service • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SecurityF1RST and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: • Your use and access of the Service • Your violation of any term of these Terms • Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right • Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and cancel your subscription through your account settings. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
